Once the shift has been published, it will show on the job board for all available staff to see.
If you want to plan ahead and send us your required shifts for the month, you can do this by secure email.
All registered staff will have access to our smart app. All available shifts will show up on the job board within the app.
Staff will need to ‘APPLY‘ to do the shift, this allows our fulfilment team to approve the best candidate for the role. Doing this allows us to approve your permanent or bank staff first over agency, cutting your agency spend.
This isn’t a problem, available staff can filter through available shifts across your sites using the smart app.

Yes, we can leave alerts on any staff member from applying for shifts at a location or we can suspend them from using the app altogether.
