Step by Step Guide

Adding Shifts

This is a guide to adding shifts.

1. Select the relevant location

Click on the location that you need to add the shift

2. Select an old shift

To make life easier for you, we have already added a shift with most of the relevant details required such as.

  • Internal Job Title – ( Location Name )
  • Roles
  • Location
  • Image
  • And most of the required labels

To Select the old shift just left click on the box, we recommend clicking near the top of the box.

2. Copying Details

To copy the old shift, all you need to do is click on the copy icon. This can be found at the top of the calendar on the far left.

To copy a shift you need to make sure the old shift is highlighted blue.

2. Paste Shift

Now that you have copied the shift, you need to paste it. To do this, click in the date you want the shift ) Do NOT click on the date itself as you wont be able to paste the new shift.

Once you have selected the the new date, you will see this area highlight blue.

Now that the date you wish to add the new shift is blue, all you need to do now is click paste. this button is next to the copy button.

You will now see the new shift has been added.

Now we need to make any changes

The new shift may need some changes, such as.

  • Start & End Times
  • Any Requirements
  • Change Ward Location.
  • Update Labels
If you need to make changes, do NOT publish the shift as it will go live to all staff.
